Traditional design vs Microlearning (nice to know)
Hello KarlMuller. You are correct, however the quizzes I refer to were created in storyline 360 and uploaded via the interactive block. I have since found the solution to why some users were completing and others not. I inspected the quizzes and there was a setting that allowed for only 2 attempts. I changed this to unlimited and so far its been stable. Thanks for responding.
I've got one module (SCORM zip file) in a course which is a microlearning course format. As long as the users get to the end (bottom) it will send back a completion to the LMS.

This is correct. To get a completion status sent to the LMS, a student simply needs to view all blocks. So we don't add an exit button.

Interesting. There are restrictions in the package such as quizzes which have a score against them - I could check to see if these are created correctly, and there are 2 videos which must be watched. I will do a test and remove these restrictions from the package and remove the exit button to see what I get. Perhaps there's something missing in the quiz score settings. Thank you for the help..

Thats what I thought, however users were not completing and after I read the post about this, I had to place the Exit button on it. Contributing this could be the LMS we are using compared to yours. Either way it was inconsistent and causing admin issues with the LMS team. Thanks
