Transcript for audio in Rise

It seems we should have a way to add a transcript wherever we have the ability to add a video or audio. I just asked a question a day or so ago but no response, yet.
I have short videos in a timeline. I am attaching an image.
Is there a code that allows for the addition of an accordion in the timeline?
Any help is appreciated!
Hi Eric,
You cannot combine two different block in Rise (put a block within another block).
You can only stack blocks as shown by Alyssa above.
