Transcript is not shown after publishing the storyline file

When I publish my e-learning the transcript is not shown on the slides. Can you help me with this? Thank you!

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out.

1) Yes I mean the CC

2) No the transcript doesn't appear in the preview

3) Don't know we received the storyline file, afterwards it's translated with an xlif file and uploaded again in storyline

When I open the slides we see --) %transcript% we see this where the transcript should show
