Transfer Ownership of Rise Course to Current Team Member
Hello,
I read responses to questions regarding how to transfer ownership of a Rise course to someone else if the owner is no longer with the organization.
How is this accomplished if both people are still employed?
I need to publish a Rise course for the owner. The owner has shared the course with me, but that doesn't allow me to publish it.

Ask the course owner to change your permissions level to Manager. That will allow you to publish the course.
Thank you for your response. She has done that, and I am still not able to publish the course. The 'Publish' button does not appear. Can you think of another way to accomplish this?
If you have Manager permissions and still do not see the Publish option as shown below, I suggest that you open a Tech Support case.
