Transfer Ownership of Rise Course to Current Team Member

Hello,

I read responses to questions regarding how to transfer ownership of a Rise course to someone else if the owner is no longer with the organization.

How is this accomplished if both people are still employed?

I need to publish a Rise course for the owner. The owner has shared the course with me, but that doesn't allow me to publish it.
