Transferring and Sharing Across Accounts
Hi, KristineWalter-!
I'm happy to help. Online content created with Articulate 360 apps is connected to the user's Articulate ID and is considered personal content. As the admin, you can remove these users from the larger team subscription, and you'll be asked to transfer their content. Shared content must be transferred to another user on the team, but you can choose to have the users keep their personal content. Simply uncheck Include personal content before clicking Remove User.
Next, you can add those users to the smaller team subscription. When they log in using the same Articulate ID, they should still have access to their personal content. Please note that any content created with Storyline will be stored on their local hard drive unless they choose to save it elsewhere. They'll just need an active subscription to access it.
Alternatively, you can share a copy of a Rise course or add users as collaborators on a course. Users don't have to be on the same subscription, but they must both hold a Teams subscription. I hope this helps! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

KellyAuner That solution you provided worked great for sharing Rise courses with users across accounts. Is there a similar solution for sharing items in the Review tool? We can't find a way to see items in Review across accounts. Thanks!

Hello SKVenturin,
I'm glad to hear my colleague Kelly was able to help you out! Review 360 doesn't offer the option to share content across accounts. If another account needs a copy of a course in a different subscription, someone in that account must be sent a copy for publishing. Note that comments won't be carried over, so the newly published course will have none of the comments of its counterpart in the other account.
