Transferring content between two active accounts
We have two active accounts with multiple users who all have valid Articulate content and we want to keep only one of them. The problem we have is transferring a user's Articulate content to their new account. How do we do this?

Hi Nancy1!
Happy to help!
When you say "active account", are you referring to an Articulate 360 Teams subscription? Or a user's Articulate ID (e-mail address)?
If one of your colleagues is moving from Subscription A to Subscription B and still using the same e-mail address, transferring content is not necessary. All Rise 360 content remains tied to a user's e-mail address and can be accessed regardless of which subscription they are on.
However, if you're trying to move content between different individuals, this can be accomplished by first adding course Collaborators to the Rise 360 item, then granting ownership from User A to User B. Here's how to:
Add Course Collaborators
- Go to your Rise 360 dashboard and open the content on which you want to collaborate.
- Click Settings in the upper right corner of the editor and select the Collaborators tab. (You can also click Share and choose View Collaborators to get to the same screen.)
- Enter an email address for each team member who should have access to the course and click Invite.
- Click Close.
Change a Collaborator's Role
By default, Collaborator's are assigned an 'Editor' role, but this can be modified to 'Owner'.
- Go to your Rise 360 dashboard and open the content on which you’re collaborating.
- Click Settings in the upper right corner of the editor and select the Collaborators tab. (You can also click Share and choose View Collaborators to get to the same screen.)
- Modify a collaborator’s role from the drop-down menu in their list entry.
- Click Close.
Let me know how it goes!
