Sorry to hear that the solution John shared with you didn't work. I did a quick test on my end and saw that Arial was able to replace the Gyparody Rg font in the project.
Please try doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps with the font issue. If you are still unable to replace the fonts in your course after doing the repair, reach out to our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
Thanks Joe, that didn't seem to do it either. I also re-downloaded the original file just to make sure we haven't done something unusual to it. I created a Peek showing everything from file open to the font still being on the continue button. https://360.articulate.com/review/content/62c7f529-d739-44eb-9d1b-0359e881de27/review.
