Translated Rise XLIFF file do not translate question bank - High Priority help needed

RISE translates beautifully, but when I use a storyline block, it won't translate the storyline block :) Needing advice ...HELP!!

If you have a Storyline block in the Rise course that you need to translate, you'll need to translate the Storyline course separately. Here's how. I hope this helps!
Is there some progress in translating question banks? We need to translate to 11 different languages soon.
