Translated Rise XLIFF file do not translate question bank - High Priority help needed

thank you for the answer.

I meant, the translated question bank ist not visible or editable as a new question bank.
The behaviour is replicable.

I send the translated xlf-file.
There is a chapter starting with "<file original="dIxcFTyAy6yVQSXICl7-IJfRfVRpo5hC" datatype="plaintext" source-language="en-US"><body><trans-unit id="title"><source>Alles verstanden?</source>...". This is the part where all the questions from the question bank show up. The questions have been translated (I only translated a few texts for testing purposes), and they show up in the course preview when the xlf is re-imported. But importing the translated file doesn't create a new and translated question bank.
