Translating a Rise 360 course

I'm trying to translate a Rise 360 course into French, but the XLIFF file is not writing. I see an .xlf file that is only 126 kb, and when I view the course, only the labels are in French; everything else is still in English. Does anyone know why this is happening and what the fix is?

    Hi Julia! So sorry to hear that! Are you getting an error when uploading your translated XLIFF file back to your Rise course? Did you follow the steps here?
