I'm not that familiar with RWS Studio, but in checking their website, I believe they are using Trados. Is that correct? If so, I know we have clients using Trados to translate Rise courses. Strange that you are showing a file that is empty when opening the XLF files in Trados. Is the same thing happening if you open the file in a text editor (like Notepad)?
