Translation feature in Rise 360

Hello, We are based in Canada and I work with Rise 360. I tested exporting a course via  XLIFF file, saving it with Notepad (.xlf format) and sending it to my translator so she can try running it ...

Hi there, 

I'm wondering this there has been any resolution to this case? I am in the exact same boat as the original author. Do I need to submit a case? Or is there a solution available?
