Any update on this? I have had a similar issue where it just keeps saying processing and nothing ever completes.

I deleted the downloaded XLIFF version and then went back into my duplicated course, redownloaded it and reconverted it. I'm not sure what hung up the first time, but it worked when I redownloaded, reconverted and reuploaded everything.
