So funny (not funny) I had forgotten all about this post... and it is happening again. I posted the question/issue yesterday. Just keeps processing for hours -- Have deleted / stopped / tried again / shut down computer / assured correct file type. Still not completing the process. I sent in a request for support and hope to hear from someone today - WIll update when a solution is found.
