Translation of Rise Course
Hi Caron,
We would need the files to be on .story (storyline to be able to work on them), and we will deliver the files, with the localized content, in the same format.
Regards,

Ah, David, that is not a good solution for us. We prefer the courses remain in Rise. That is why I'm asking the question. To this point the vendors I have checked with all say that a copy/paste exercise will be needed to translate courses in Rise.

Hi Caron. I just wanted to let you know that making Rise course translation easier is on the horizon for us! It is a planned feature, but I don't have a timeline yet.
Thanks for letting us know how this feature would be useful for you!

Good to know as we've had similar issues exporting from Rise.
Storyline exported content including coding to Word, very easy for translators to use and for us to import back into SL. Translations using Rise appear to be highly manual as stated above.
With Rise, the only option when exporting for Translation is XLIFF, which is problematic for L&D as well as Translation Team.
