Translation with Xliff v2.1

I would like to know if someone has figured out how to upgrade the xliff version of their translation file from Storyline 360. We have found an AI translation platform which ...
an ai platform which understand xliff 2.1 and not the backward compatible version xliff 2 - very strange
try it out, if there are problems then they rather have something to do with the "special" understanding of storyline and xliff in general
