Trigger not working properly

I have a trigger as attached in the screenshot. It is a pretty simple logic that is working in every project except the one I am working on. Please tell me a solution. I have been trying hard to resolve this. Basically, Storyline is ignoring the Action and Condition. It is executing When and Else even when the condition is met correctly. Even if the correct answer is entered in the Text Entry box, Storyline always shows the Incorrect Layer. I tried inserting a Correct layer as well so that it displays the layer when the correct answer is entered. Yet, it always shows the Incorrect layer.

    Trigger looks correct, but to troubleshoot, I would need to see other triggers for that slide. Is the trigger that sets user typed value to TextEntry still present (something like "Set TextEntry to typed value")? Could there be another trigger that is changing TextEntry? Could you share the single slide as a file for inspection?

    Insert a textbox with a reference inserted to show the value of TextEntry. That may tell you if the correct value is entered. Otherwise, attach your .story file (or at least the offending slide) here, so someone can look at it.
