Triggers in question bank are not working

I see what you mean. I took the questions out of the QB and put into their own scene and they work as expected so it is something to do with the QB. I tried changing the draw from All to 3 / 2 and 1 and it still had the incorrect behaviour.
I would log a support ticket with Articulate and get them to take a look.
