Triggers to limit quiz attempts not working

Hi All, I want to limit quiz attempts to 2. What I did was this:

Added Retry button, default state disabled. 

Added numeric variable Quiz_Attempts

Set trigger to increment Quiz Attempts by one, when Retry button is pressed. It's working. 

I set the other triggers up as per the screen shots. For me it should be working, but it's not.

I can't figure it out. Any help is appreciated..
