Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
Did you try importing the slides from the other projects using Storyline 360's import slides feature? If you did, would you be willing to share copies of a few of your project files here or in private by opening a support case so we can replicate the behavior? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
