Trouble inserting a PNG into Storyline
Has anyone ever had trouble inserting a PNG in SL? I've never had trouble, but all of a sudden today my designer is running into issues. She's getting the following message: "nameofimage.png" does ...

Is the problem occurring in one particular Storyline file (or with one particular PNG), if so, file corruption may be the issue and you'll want to ensure that she's working with local project files, adhering to the 260 character limit for file names, and avoiding special characters within the file names.
If it's happening in multiple Storyline files, she may want to conduct a repair of her Storyline software.
