Trouble Publishing to Word

I am trying to publish a .story file in Word, but it will not work. Everytime I try to publish the course, it tells me "Congratulations! The course was published successfully." but whe...
No, I cannot. When I publish it, it does not produce a folder or a specific area for where the document should be at.
