Trouble with call out picture shapes

Thanks. I just gave that a try and that doesn't seem to work.
It doesn't seem to identify the call out area as part of the shape. The cursor flicks to an arrow as if I have moved off the picture when I am over the yellow dot.
I have attached a copy of the offending slide.
