Trouble with call out picture shapes

I'm glad it is not just me! You are right. Mine is a picture not an actual call out. I just selected 'Call out' as the shape of the picture frame. but it doesn't look like it can be manipulated as such.
Never mind. I will do as you suggest and add a call out where I want it and put the picture within in. I will just have to group them for animation etc.
