Trouble with Playhead

I have recently updated my system to Windows 11 as required by my organization. As a result, I have installed Storyline 360 on my new system. After installing it, I am experiencing problems with audio. Whenever I insert audio into my project, the playhead doesn't move on the timeline. Even in my previous projects where it was working earlier, it is no longer functioning properly. Also I am getting this below error whenever I open storyline.
