What is the Submit Keys: field used for? Is there a way to have to user select 'Tab' to submit the answer instead of the Enter key? I think I read that the Enter key acts as Submit to move forward, but in our software the learner would enter text and then select Tab.

Should work. Go to the Submit keys: field via Form View and press the Tab key. It should appear as follow.
