Turn off Block Animation

Hi, I see the option in Themes > Blocks to turn on/off animation, but even when I made sure it was turned off, the animation continued - even after refreshing - for the interactive timeline I inserted. How can I turn it off? (I have an older version of the presentation I'm building open, and there is no animation in the timeline.)
