Turn off marker pulse animation in Rise

I love the marker feature in Rise, but I would like to turn off the pulse animation, like you can in Storyline. I can't find where to do it. Is it possible in Rise?  Thanks.

Has there been any update on this? I am working on a course for a government agency that requires WCAG compliance, so this is a must if I want to use this block. Thanks.
