Hi Nadya! Sorry you're running into some trouble with spell checkers. If you're having trouble with auto-correct/spellcheck with Rise 360, this is probably due to a browser setting or browser add-on.
Rise 360 doesn't have a built-in spell check feature at this time. Please see the following instructions based on our supported Rise 360 browsers:
How to disable Spell Check in Google Chrome:
- Go to the settings for Google Chrome.
- Click the Menu icon at the top right corner of the browser. ...
- Click Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- Click Language and input settings.
Make sure the check box next to Enable spell checking is unchecked, and then click Done.
How to disable Spellcheck for Safari:
- Go to the Edit menu.
- Select “ Spelling and Grammar” and on the submenu.
- Check if the “Correct Spelling Automatically” option is selected.
How to disable Spellcheck for Firefox:
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences. Click the menu button and select OptionsPreferences. ...
- In the General panel, go to the Language section.
- Uncheck Check your spelling as you type.
- Close the about:preferences page
Please try those out and if those don't help, please submit a case to our Support Engineers so we can get you sorted!
