Types of Video Files Compatible in Rise

I tried all the suggestions above to upload a 1.9GB .MOV file and got the error message every way I tried it. Then I saved the same video as .m4v and it uploaded and played right away. Rise definitely doesn't support .MOV or it's buggy.
