How was attached title created, as in the typography?

Probably just a downloadable font from somewhere like dafont.com

It looks like the font is "Snowtop Caps."
Sometimes you can find fonts with the Font Squirrel Matcherator or similar tools, but for this one I just Googled "snow font" and found this sample via the first result page.
FYI, in Adobe Photoshop there is a now font matching tool. It failed miserably!
