Unable to add text to speech
Hello
I have been using text to speech regularly in Storyline. However, since last week I have been unable to add this to my project. I get the following error attached errors.
Can anyone please advice what may be causing this problem?

If you're still having issues when using Storyline 360's text-to-speech feature, try doing a repair of your installation to see if this helps. If the issue persists after doing a repair, open a case with our support team here for further assistance.
