Unable to change format properties in publishing
Hi,
For some reason I do not have the format options in the properties, however I do have this option on other files. Please advise how I go about getting the format options to appear to enable me...

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing when publishing your courses.
Since Adobe discontinued Flash, we removed the Flash publishing options from Storyline 3. Courses no longer have specific launch files for HTML5 and Flash output. Give your learners the link for the story.html file, which launches the HTML5-only output in their default browsers on desktop computers and mobile devices.
If you previously published courses before this update, you will still see the options, which explains the difference you are experiencing. For consistency, choose HTML5 only.
