Unable to click and drag buttons and shapes once text added

Since last update (3/23) I am Unable to click and drag a shape or button once I add text to it. If I create new buttons or shapes without text I can click and drag them around the screen. I’ve been ...

Hi Denise,

Our Support Team is ready and happy to help figure out what the issue was in the latest update - as it doesn't sound like something we've heard from other customers. If you'd like to reach out directly they'll work with you one-on-one.

Also, I noticed that your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if you would like by clicking Edit beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.

    For some reason I am only able to post via email.

    I did post on the forum and opened a ticket with support. Support let me know that they applied a hotfix to the latest version and I installed that - and everything works again.

    According to support: I'll be adding your case to our feature request report to have Storyline be supported in a high-DPI.
