Unable to copy a block to another course

Hello TiaPic,
We're not seeing reports from other users about issues with transferring content between Rise 360 courses. I also did a quick test to confirm the behavior, and everything worked correctly. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- Does this issue happen to all of your Rise 360 courses or just a specific lesson in a course?
- Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?
It would also be helpful to see a Peek 360 recording of the issue. Would you be willing to make a quick recording for me so we can check if the issue is specific to your course?
Hi TiaPic JoseTansengco What was the solution for this? We're having the same issue. Older courses give us the option to 'Copy to another course', but our newer courses do not have it. My coworker and I are both experiencing the same issue and have tried the troubleshooting steps here, but no changes. Articulate Support ticket is doing the rounds with support, going nowhere, and they're telling us you can no longer 'Copy to another course' anymore. Is this true? Any help is appreciated!
