Unable to export audio
Each time I click the "export audio" button, I get an error box instructing me to report the problem. My file are saved to the C drive.

Hello Nicole,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience.
- Is the issue happening to only a specific audio file, or are all audio files in your project affected?
- Have you tried importing all of your slides over to a new project file to see if this will help you export the audio?
- If this isn't the first time that this issue has happened, try doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to fix the behavior.
- Check your project's media library if the size of your audio file is unusually small (0 kb), if it is, this might mean that the file has been corrupted.
If all of your audio files are affected, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

The software also keeps closing in the middle of designing, and I am losing my work.
