Unable to export file for translation
Hi Team,
I'm using SL version v3.75. When I export my course for translation into word it showing popup for Articulate Stroyline Error Report (attaching grab). Does anyone have the solution?

Sorry to hear you ran into issues when publishing your Storyline course to Word. I'd be happy to help you with that!
Testing this out on my end (Storyline version 3.78.30747.0 in Windows Parallels on a Mac M1) I was able to export a test translation file to Word without issues. Everything was working as it should!
I had some follow-up questions to help me understand your setup a little better:
- You mentioned using Storyline version 3.75, but if you update to the current build (3.78.30747.0) and try to export the course again, does the error still occur?
- Are you working locally? We recommend you Create, Edit, and Publish Courses on Your Local Hard Drive while authoring in order to avoid erratic behavior.
- Does your file name have any special characters in it?
