Thanks so much for reaching out! Sorry to hear you are having completion issues with your Storyline 360 course. I understand how frustrating that can be!
In order to better understand, I have a few questions:
- What LMS are you currently using?
- Do you have access to the .story file? You mentioned viewing the course, and I wanted to ensure that you have the Storyline file.
If you do have the file: Are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud, or is it limited to your LMS? ( Just in case you were not aware, you can troubleshoot tracking and resume in SCORM Cloud by following the directions in this tutorial.)
If you are unable to replicate this in SCORM Cloud, you may need to reach out to your LMS provider for assistance.
