Unable to hear audio file or edit

Hi

I am new to Articulate (a week). I can hear the audio clip when played on its own. Once inserted into Storyline 360 I can not hear or edit. How can I make sure I am using the same audio output, I think this is the problem but not sure.

    Hi Gloria,

    After adding your audio file to your slide, you can use the preview function to listen to how your audio clip would sound when your slide is viewed.

    Alternatively, you can also use the 'Play' feature in the timeline to listen to your audio: 

    Or right-click on the audio file and select preview audio: 

    If none of these work for you, please make sure that your volume is set to a level that you can hear, and that your speakers are not muted.
