Unable to import translations using XLIFF file in rise 360

I have been attempting to import translated content into a Rise 360 course using an XLIFF file, but I have been facing issues with the process. When I upload the file and initiate the translation process, it gets stuck on "Processing Translation" and does not proceed any further.

I have made sure that the XLIFF file is in the correct format and contains all the necessary information. I have also tried importing the file on different occasions, but the issue persists.

I would appreciate it if anyone has any insights or solutions to this problem, as I need to import the translations as soon as possible.
