Unable to Insert Images on Rise

Hi Wendy,

Thanks for your immediate response. That's strange! I have the same version but it keeps giving me an error whenever I try to upload any of my own image. 

I even tried to export the course to upload to our LMS but the course won't download upon clicking the Download button.

I'd really appreciate if you can do me one more favor. Is it possible for another person to download a Rise course that I created? If Yes, can you please check if you are able to download the course (i can share the link with you). I can then be sure that it is a browser issue and reach out to IT Support.
