Unable to Insert Images on Rise

Hi, I am unable to upload any of my own images on a Rise project that i am working on. I am using Chrome version 71 which is the latest i guess. I've also attached an image I've been trying to ...

    I have the LMS zip folder do you want me to post it here?

    I've uploaded it to Scormcloud and it launches as expected
