Unable to insert picture from Microsoft OneDrive
Good morning,
I'm experiencing this strange issue: everytime i try to insert an image from a OneDrive folder - synced locally, so the file is actually on my hdd - Storyline tells me that the file doesnt' exist.
See file attached for error.
Should I completely disable Files on-demand? As I do not want to full my HDD with files I do not need - nor I don't know if this could solve the issue.
Maybe it's a character set/naming issue? Italian language here.

My guess is that a folder syncing with OneDrive could cause the same issues as working on a network drive. We recommend working from a local hard drive.
Can you try copying the file to another folder on your hard drive or disabling the automatic sync from the folder and then importing it into Storyline?

Hi Maria. Copying the file to another folder works, but I didn't want to have clone versions of the files i needed, as files I'm trying to import are already stored locally. But... if this is a known Storyline problem, I'll do the other way :)
