Unable to launch course in new window using LMS

Does the course launch in the same window or not at all? f you've marked the option to Launch player in new window, you may find that your published output doesn't launch in a new window when you're hosting it in a learning management system (LMS).
This is a known issue. We'll post more information here as it becomes available.
I had this issue when using Storyline 3 and Success Factors. It turned out to be if you add a keyword in the Keywords field in the LMS course information section (In the reporting and tracking screen) when publishing this will cause the incorrect parameter to be set in the XML files. To get the correct setting all I had to do was remove the keyword.
Therefore to ensure the eLearning launches in a new window when this option is selected, ensure the keywords field is blank.
