Unable to leave comments without a license

I have a few projects in review 360 and I have the button checked to allow users without a license to comment but, all of my SMEs are taken to login pages when they try to leave comments.

One of the SMEs previously had an articulate license and then the other SMEs haven't ever had one. For those that have had previous licenses even if they try to put in their personal email it's still bringing them into a sign in page.

What can I do to troubleshoot this? I don't to have each one of my SMEs have to create accounts to be able to comment on modules as there are a lot of different SMEs that I work with and I don't want to ask them to do that.

Please let me know what I can do. Thank you

      Hello BillyTheroux,

Thanks for reaching out! What you’re seeing is expected behavior in Review 360: reviewers can comment without an account, but they still have to enter an email address. If that email address is tied to an Articulate ID (even from a past license), they’ll be prompted to sign in with their password. To troubleshoot, double-check the share settings on the item:

      1. Open your project in Review 360.
      2. Click the Share tab in the upper right corner of the screen.
      3. Make sure Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment is checked.
      4. Also confirm Item Access is set to Anyone with the link (if it’s Only invited users, they must sign in).

If your SME's are still having trouble, we'd be happy to take a closer look at things within a support case.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
