Unable to login in to Articulate
Hello Team,
We are unable to login to Articulate platforms for all RISE 360, Review 360 as well as Storyline apps. Could you please check and confirm if there is any issue.

Yes. I was kicked out saying you need to sign in (inspite of already being signed in) and when I click on sign in, it pushes me to a prompt that says No Subscription (I do have a subscription) with a Retry button. But the retry button sends me into the same loop.

Same. It is telling me I don't have a subscription, but I can find the Team Account info screen that says we are active.

Same here, the whole team of our organization is unable to access Articulate 360 applications with an error stating "No Subscription," while our subscription renewal is due by the end of the year.
