Unable to open project because of "Merged Shapes"
I'm trying to open a Storyline project, but I'm getting this message...
So I tested about a dozen other files. Most of them worked, but a few generated these messages...
The project won't open because it uses features that aren't available in this version of Storyline. The features in use are Merged Shapes; Corner Radius; Emphasis Animations; AI Captions; Custom Marker Sizes. [Features vary by project.] Install the latest Storyline update to open this project.
And when I try to install the latest Storyline project, I get this message...
There was an error uninstalling Storyline 360.
Some context that might provide some clues.
- I am using a new laptop that I received at work last week.
- The original file was built on my old laptop.
- Most - not all - of the software on my old laptop was moved over to my new laptop. Articulate 360 was one that was not moved, so I had to download and install it manually.
- I have Storyline 360 version 3.71.29339.0 installed
Any chance anyone has insight as to what might be going on?

Build 3.71 is Dec 2022 so I guess it’s no surprise with the features that it won’t support. There’s a thread that might help with the uninstall and update here

2022, huh? Yep. That'd do it.
Now, where in the hell did I get the 2022 .exe from??
That's a rhetorical question. I don't expect anyone to be able to answer that one.
