Storyline 360 failed to uninstall
Hi,
Having difficulty removing Storyline 360.
Error message:
Storyline 360 version 3.63.27674.0 failed to uninstall.
The exception was: Unable to locate cached bootstrapper file path!
Can anybody please resolve this? Cannot uninstall to reinstall from 360 App.
Is there a clear, unambiguous method to completely remove the version to permit a clean reinstall, or is a Windows uninstall approach required?
It appears this has occurred during a transition from 32bit to 64bit versions.
