Unable to publish Articulate 360 project in video format

Happy to help! I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble publishing a Storyline course to video file. Thank you for sharing your system configurations! I tested this on my end and I'm able to successfully publish to Video in Storyline 360. 

  • Are you currently working and saving your project on your local hard drive? We recommend this to help avoid experiencing any unexpected behavior.
  • Do you receive this error message with any other courses you are currently working on, or are you only experiencing it with this file? 
  • Can you successfully publish your course using our other publishing options (Web, LMS, or Review 360)? This will be helpful to isolate if the issue only occurs in a specific format.


As a first step, I'd recommend a repair of your Storyline installation. If you are still unable to publish to video, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your file within this thread or privately in a support case.
