Unable to publish Storyline file as Video

Hi Heroes, When trying to publish Storyline file as Video it stops at "Adding audio tracks" and doesn't progress. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Storyline but it's of no use. I have been able...

Hi Eric,

Thanks for getting back to me on this.

I am working on a local drive and tried fixing the installation issues. No luck. I have submitted a support case 03954632. I am working on a tight deadline and so request for a quick turnaround. Really appreciate all the help.

    It's a great idea to open a support case with your Storyline file! I'm happy that Luiza was able to help resolve the issue by importing the slides to a new project. She also gave tips to prevent file corruption, which sometimes causes publishing problems like the one you experienced.
